The law enforcement personnel on duty in front of the screen call the law enforcement personnel patrolling in the outfield to the scene through walkie talkies, and the catering unit found the problem shall immediately correct it. From discovery to disposal, the whole process is less than 5 minutes.
This is a scene in the food safety command center of the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). The center has been put into trial operation, and a pair of "eye-catching" technology is used to protect the food safety of the Expo.
The reporter saw at the scene that the command center of food safety assurance covering an area of more than 250 square meters is mainly divided into three parts: remote real-time monitoring platform, food safety quick inspection room and office area.
The fast food safety inspection room is mainly used for the monitoring of the fast food detection and processing links in the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai), as well as the preparation for the emergency disposal of food safety accidents. The detection items cover more than 30 kinds of pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, acute toxic compounds, link cleanliness, etc. Most projects can produce test results in a few minutes.
The remote real-time monitoring platform is the most attractive area of the whole center. As long as you keep a close eye on the large screen in front of the area, you can stay indoors and catch all the key regulatory objects in the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai).
Ding min, a law enforcement officer of the law enforcement team of Shanghai municipal market supervision administration, told reporters that the platform has nine major functional modules, respectively involving subject information, preliminary evaluation, dynamic supervision, real-time monitoring, intelligent early warning, emergency command, data analysis, food traceability, organizational security and other aspects.
Whether the photographed food production and operation personnel wear masks or not is the intelligent early warning function in the above function module.
Through this function, the command center of food safety assurance can automatically capture and identify the potential food safety hazards in the key areas of food production and operation, such as whether there are irrelevant personnel entering, whether there are mouse disease, etc., and can monitor the temperature of the key operation areas in real time. For example, the indoor temperature in the special cooked food room should be controlled below 25 ℃, once the temperature is higher than this level, the intelligent early warning will immediately remind the screen Law enforcement officers.
"After receiving the early warning, we will immediately forward the information to the patrol personnel and ask them to come to the scene to urge the relevant units to rectify; at the same time, the early warning photos will be sent to the wechat group of the person in charge of the enterprise, so that the relevant person in charge can quickly self check and self correct, and other persons in charge can take warning." Ding Min said.
According to the latest statistics, there are 119 food units in the core guarantee area of the fair that have been included in the monitoring of the food safety guarantee command center. To this end, the Shanghai market supervision system has mobilized more than 150 business backbones to participate in the food safety work in the core guarantee area.
"Food safety supervision is a myriad of work. If you miss a detail, you may miss an opportunity to prevent the unexpected." Qiu congqian, a researcher at the food business office of Shanghai municipal market supervision and Administration Bureau, said that with the help of intelligent early warning function, the efficiency of supervision and law enforcement has been greatly improved.
Since October 18, the food raw materials supplied to the Expo have been distributed, and the market supervision departments of 12 districts in Shanghai have sent staff to supervise and guarantee 54 delivery points. As of October 28, a total of 534 law enforcement personnel were dispatched to supervise the delivery of 30 vehicles, a total of 23 tons of raw materials, 265 batches of rapid inspection were carried out, and the closed-loop supervision measures were effective.
Since October 23, the law enforcement team of Shanghai municipal market supervision administration, together with the market supervision departments of Minhang, Pudong, Jinshan, Qingpu and other districts, has dispatched 150 law enforcement personnel and inspected 139 food business units in the exhibition hall, ensuring the dining safety of more than 50000 volunteers and security personnel in the exhibition hall.
In addition to a pair of "eyes", the command center of food safety and security also has a "strongest brain". The food safety information and daily guarantee of more than 200 food production and operation units supplied to the fair are all filed. The supervisors can check the license information, early assessment information, historical supervision information, dynamic supervision information, real-time video monitoring, food traceability information, kitchen waste oil information, intelligent early warning information, etc. of relevant units at any time.
On this basis, supervisors can "picture" the relevant units, and the unsafe units will be strengthened in supervision frequency and law enforcement.
It is reported that the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) food safety command center will serve as a permanent workplace for the future fair and the daily supervision of Qingpu District Market Supervision Bureau.
